We went to pub called "Century Break" near Fujisawa station this time.
The entrance had a very simple feel but NO SMOKING sign on the door gave us a good impression ; surprisingly, there aren't many pubs ban smoking abusolutely in Japan.

In the pub, there was a relaxed and good atmosphere suitable for drinking beer slowly.

Well, regarding our main purpose "beer", this pub had not only Japanese craft beer but also many kinds of export beer.So I'd like to recommend this pub to those who want to drink various beer from various countries.
I, Beer-Holic, orderd Minoh beer "W-IPA" and German beer "IRLBACHER PREMIUM" this time.

The former one is fatal beer for me. Because I have a memory that the other day I visited Minoh Brewery in Osaka but they were in New Year's holiday. So I couldn't buy the beer and stood vacantly in front of the brewery for a while in snow. This time I had my heart's desire fulfilled to drink it and it was really delicious. Strong bitterness unique to IPA and high-alcohol content at 9% are features of W-IPA. So I'd like to recommend it to men.
As you can see in photo, the latter one is lager kind of beer that is drunk much in Japan. It had less bitterness and refreshing tastes.
Meanwhile, This is cyder called Aspall Cyder Perronelle's Blush that participant of this time ordered.

In Japan, cyder means soft soda drink. But People call sparkling apple wine "cyder" in Britain. In France, it is called "cidre" and is it more familiar in Japan ? I drank a sip of the cyder as well, it was really easy to drink because of moderate sweetness and smoothness. And it was slightly light alcohol at 5%. So I could recommend it to those who are no good at alcohol.

大学入試センター試験初日ということもあり、いつもの土曜の夜より電車の中に高校生が多く見られた１月１４日、LBE BEER CLUBの第三弾遠征に行ってきました。
今回訪れたのは藤沢駅からほど近くにあるセンチュリーブレイクというパブです。
入口は少し寂しい印象ですが、NO SMOKINGの張り紙が好印象です（日本では完全禁煙のパブは意外と少ないのです）。
店内の方は落ち着いたいい雰囲気で、ゆっくりビールを楽しむにはうってつけです。
さて、肝心のビールはと言いますと、こちらの店は日本のクラフトビールはもちろん海外のビールの品揃えも充実しており、いろんな国のビールを飲んでみたいという方にはぴったりのパブだと思いました。
今回、Beer Holicがいただいたビールは箕面ブリュワリーのダブルIPAとドイツビールのIRLBACHER PREMIUMです。
前者は先日、大阪府の箕面ブリュワリーを訪って購入を試みたのですが、お正月休み中だった為、入手できず、降りしきる雪の中、しばらくブリュワリー前で呆然と立ち尽くした思い出のある因縁のビールです。今回、念願叶って飲むことができ、美味しさもひとしおでした。IPA特有の強い苦みと9%の高いアルコール度数が特徴で、男性には是非お勧めです。
後者は、写真をご覧いただいてもわかるように日本で良く飲まれているラガータイプのビールで、爽やかな香りで苦みは少なく、すっきりした味わいのビールでした。
一方、こちらは今回参加してくれた方が注文したAspall Cyder Perronelle's Blushというサイダーです。日本でサイダーと言えばノンアルコールの炭酸飲料のことを指しますが、イギリスでは発泡性のりんご酒のことをサイダーと呼ぶそうです。フランスではシードルと呼ぶそうですが、こちらの方が日本人にとっては耳馴染みでしょうか？このサイダー、Beer Holicも一口いただきましたが、適度な甘さと口当たりの良さがあり、とても飲みやすいお酒でした。アルコール度数も5%程度と控えめで、お酒が苦手な方にもお勧めです。
