BEER CLUB THIRD TOUR (LBEビアクラブ遠征第三弾)

We announce the third outing of LBE Beer Club.

This time, we'll go to Century Break in Fujisawa on January 14th.

I have high hopes of finding delicious beer which I've never drunk because they always have 12 barrels of beer.

The meeting place is near the gate of Odakyu Fujisawa station at 8:00pm.

LBEビアクラブ遠征第三弾のお知らせです。

今回は１月１４日(土)に藤沢にあるセンチュリーブレイク(http://www.centurybreak.jp/)に行く予定です。
この店は常時１２本の樽詰めビールを取り揃えているということで、まだ飲んだことのない美味しいビールに出会える期待に胸が膨らみます。

当日はPM８：００に小田急藤沢駅の改札口付近に集合です。

Christmas Beer (クリスマスビール)

What do you drink at Christmas? Champagne, wine or cocktails?

Of course, these drinks are really delicious and suit the atmosphere of Christmas, but if you'd like to enjoy something different, I strongly recommend Christmas beer.

At this time of year, we can get limited edition beer brewed for the Christmas season by various companies in liquor sections of department stores. Generally, these beers seem to be higher in alcohol content and more rich in taste than regular beer.

So far this year, I bought three bottle of Christmas beer: ANCHOR SPECIAL ALE (5.5%), DELIRIUM Christmas (10.0%) and St Bernardus Christmas Ale (10.0%). Though ANCHOR SPECIAL ALE is slightly light in alcohol, I think all these beers taste rich and fruity and accompany Christmas meals well.

In less than a week, Christmas will come. How many more bottles of Christmas beer can I drink this year..?

皆さんはクリスマスにはどんなお酒を飲まれるでしょうか？
定番のシャンパンやワイン？ それともカクテル？

もちろん、これらのお酒はとても美味しくてクリスマスの雰囲気にうってつけなのですが、
今年は違ったお酒を楽しみたいと思っている方に是非お勧めするのが、クリスマスビールです。

この時期、デパートのお酒コーナーに行くと、各社がクリスマスシーズンに向けて醸造した限定ビールが手に入ります。
これらは一般的に通常販売されているビールよりも若干アルコール度数が高く、味も濃厚な仕上がりになっているようです。

今年、これまで僕が購入したクリスマスビールは"アンカースペシャルエール(5.5%)"、"デリリウム クリスマス(10.0%)"、"セント ベルナデス クリスマス(10.0%)"です。
アンカースペシャルエールは若干アルコール度数が控えめでしたが、どのビールも濃厚でフルーティーな味わいでクリスマスの料理にも良く合うのではと思いました。

クリスマスまであと一週間足らず。今年はあと何種類のクリスマスビールを飲めるでしょうか...

BEER CLUB SECOND TOUR REPORT(LBEビアクラブ第二弾遠征記)

We, LBE BEER CLUB, made the second tour last Saturday.
It was windy but warm night for December.

The destination of this time, "Beer Cafe HOPMAN", had a wide range of beer and good atmosphere as well. Their beer menu were mainly Japanese craft beer but they had a few kinds of export beer.

Personally, "YONA YONA Real Ale" and "TOKYO BLACK(stout)" were served by hand pump tasted very good !!

At that night, there was a young couple and the young man drank a massive glass of beer. Becasue it was his birthday and that beer was wonderful present from HOPMAN. I wish I would go to HOPMAN on my birthday someday.

I'd like to thank you all for come together. I really enjoyed drinking with you.
I hope to conduct the third tour sometime soon. I wish you would come together next time.

風が強かったですが、12月にしては暖かった先週の土曜日、LBEビアクラブ遠征第二弾を敢行しました。

今回の目的地、ビアカフェ ホップマンは本当にビールの品揃えが豊富で、お店の雰囲気もとても良かったです。ビールのメニューは日本のクラフトビールがメインでしたが、海外のビールも数種類ありました。

個人的には、ハンドポンプで注がれる”よなよなリアルエール”と”東京ブラック（スタウト）”がとても美味しかったです。

店には一組の若いカップルがいたのですが、彼氏の方が巨大なグラスでビールを飲んでいました。
何でも当日は彼の誕生日であったらしく、そのビールはホップマンからのプレゼントということで、僕もいつか誕生日の夜をホップマンで過ごすことを密かに誓いました。

今回もとても楽しくビールをいただくことができました。今回の参加してくださった皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。また、近いうちに第三弾を企画したいと思っていますので、次回も皆さんの参加をよろしくお願いします。
